Crossing the Mississippi in Memphis.
The first time any of us have been in Arkansas! Most of this post is written by Eliza 🙂

Staying at Village Creek State Park was great! There were working showers and nice hiking trails. The picture on the top is of the boys creating sponge art. We only stayed here one night, but mom says its a “10 out of 10 campground”!

We worked a lot on sifting sand and clay. Mixing clay with hay was quite messy! This was to make walls, which will then be covered with plaster. This is a way natural building is used on the farm. We also (mostly mom) did some garden and greenhouse work. This was our first WWOOF farm ever! WWOOFing is where people work for a farmer, who in return offers free room and board.

Heading west, we visited the most thoughtfully designed and well maintained dump station we have yet encountered (Matt wrote this)
